Barbara joined Enrich 360 in 2024 as the Administrative Director, bringing a wealth of diverse experience to the team. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSU Chico, Barbara launched her career as a Sales Assistant at Dean Witter Reynolds in Palo Alto, CA. She then transitioned into human resources at Bally Manufacturing Corporation before most recently working as a full-cycle recruiter in the biotechnology and medical device industries.
As an essential part of the Enrich360 Wealth team, Barbara plays a key role in streamlining the firm’s operations. She works closely with Leslie to oversee various aspects of client relationships, both for existing and prospective clients. With her extensive background in office management, Barbara ensures a smooth and efficient experience for clients, all while maintaining a high standard of care and attention.
Outside of her professional life, Barbara enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, including her three grandchildren, as well as staying active through exercise and cooking.
